A quiet, peaceful atmosphere suitable for everyone, including the little ones. The staff are lovely, helpful, and kind—and, importantly, they speak languages other than Spanish. What a fantastic authentic Spanish cafe to stop by and get breakfast. It was one of the best breakfasts I had on my trip to Madrid. All the food that was brought to the table tasted great. We absolutely loved this place! They offer an amazing variety of delicious breakfast options, so there’s something for everyone. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. It was so good that we ended up having every single breakfast here during our stay in Madrid! The staff were also friendly and welcoming, making each visit a pleasure. As a blue blooded American I was looking for a good old fashioned American diner to remind me of home. First, it was hard to tell but it looks the "American coffee" is made as an espresso and water added to simulate the pour over. I didn't see anyone walking around with the coffee pots refilling coffees on the spot for the free refills and it would also explain why milk isn't included for the pour over coffee. My husband and I were walking by looking for a place for breakfast.   Walked from our Hotel off the Gran Via and wanted to eat like the locals.    Loved it and came back for a second time.  Si regresamos a Madrid pronto , ahí estaremos.  😊
